At Luma, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards to protect every customer. Because our breathing devices involve oral contact and inhalation, all Luma devices are final sale. Once your order ships, it can’t be returned or exchanged.

Although most items are final sale, we do offer refunds in a few situations. You may request a refund if:

Shipping & Hygiene Compliance
Since our devices involve direct oral contact, we must maintain a clean and safe supply chain. For this reason, we cannot accept returns after an order has shipped, even if the item hasn’t been opened. This policy ensures product safety for all customers.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help arrange a replacement or exchange.
